the time machine

Wednesday, May 31st, 2006

We try to take over the world! Thats the aim of all good scientists. Therefore, it’s also the main aim of the music lab members. Hence, to fulfill my terrific master plan I invented an ingenious time machine. This apparatus allows us to travel back in time and change the reaction conditions (this joke is only for chemists, but that would make life so much easier) change history.

During one of the recent travels we lost the Pierogi-Stefan. All the efforts we made to get him back were for nothing. Pierogi-Stefan is lost but we got this girl and she definitely is from the future. Click on the picture and watch yourself: Damn it, that are Captain Kirk’s shoes.

Talk to the Hand (2)

Monday, May 29th, 2006

In Japan the expression “Talk to the Hand” is commonly used as handdrawn picture. Likely, this woman was not interested in my stories. But she was still smiling - very polite people these Japanese.

scientist

We are just like other people:

We love to sing,
we love to dance,
we admire beautiful women.
We are human and sometimes…

…very human.

talk

The music lab is famous apart from its distinguished taste in music for several expressions like “Litzka“, “Guuuut!”, “Rrrrichtiig!”, “Issso!”.

Let’s introduce a new category to this blog: the TTTH-Section. These words originated from T3 are well established in our daily routine and are shown as a gesture (talking directly to your own hand) when somebody realizes that nobody is listening.

japan

Das mixtape steht jetzt für 10 Tage auf Pause.

Aber ich habe gehört, dass Japan schon recht fortschrittlich ist; vielleicht gibt es dort auch Computer.

The Japanese gave me a really hard time to find some computers connected to the internet. Everybody seems to have have a notebook with wireless LAN. And we didn’t want to check our mails in an “red-light-underground- jerk-off-booth” with other guys around surfing pron-sites.

Now, we are back, jet-lagged but energetic on our clean keyboards.

Ittekimasu my friends!
